I created this recipe for a sleep kit I made for a live sale. The mini oil bottles were such a hit I thought I would also make this into a room spray.
This energy is specifically for a very deep restful sleep. If you have trouble sleeping or someone in your household does this is perfect to spray on linens or in a space before it’s time for bed.
I set the intention with this recipe that you wake up feeling rested and rejuvenated and I’ve added protection energy to support you in a restful sleep.
The scent is Water Lily and Lavender.
This is intended to spray in rooms and on linens. Be mindful of pets as the spray contains essential oils.
Ingredients: Distilled water, Poly 20, Germall Plus (to prevent mold or bacteria), fragrance oil blend, and an essential oil blend. Each bottle is 4 oz of liquid spray.
