Order Processing Times
• All orders are processed within 5-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
• During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays), processing times may be extended.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
Domestic (United States):
• USPS Ground – $(calculated at checkout) (Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days)

Packaging and Handling
• Our products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.
• We use eco-friendly and recyclable materials whenever possible.

Damaged or Lost Packages
• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue - no refunds or replacements are guaranteed.Â
• If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to the shipping carrier with your tracking information. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at drea@lipstickintuition.com for assistance.
Shipping Restrictions
• We currently ship only within the United States.
• Due to the fragile nature of our products, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
• Certain products may have additional shipping restrictions due to local regulations.
Order Changes and Cancellations
• Once an order is processed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Please reach out to us as soon as possible at drea@lipstickintuition.com if you need to modify your order.
