This is my personal recipe - the one I return to when my mind won’t shut off, when I feel abandoned by life, when everything looks like it’s falling apart.

I created this ritual body spray for people like me: the over-thinkers, the highly sensitive souls, the ones whose default thoughts spiral into worst-case scenarios even when things are okay.

This isn’t about pretending everything’s fine. This is about remembering what is working - and anchoring into the safety of that truth.

I first created this after realizing I needed more than a gratitude journal. I needed real help navigating emotional overwhelm. I used this during my breakup over Christmas 💔 I use it now when life feels uncertain. Every time, it brings me back to a place of deep peace and grounded love 💖
