I created this recipe during Autumn when we see the leaves fall and the trees change color. Mother Nature releases and let’s go as we transition into Winter.
This bath soak will allow you to let go of what is no longer serving you in your journey. To begin to transform and usher in a new energy into your life.
Be specific about your intentions when using this recipe. Ask for what you want to achieve and what you want to let go. The shedding process can be emotional and intense depending on what you desire. This soak can be used in a full bath or foot soak. The scent is Geranium.
Epsom salt is extremely cleansing. A ritual bath is a great way to remove any negative energy from your energetic and physical body. Epsom salt is high in magnesium so it relaxes your muscles and also pulls toxins out of your body.
The large size pictures has about 6-7 servings. The small size has about 2-3 servings.
Ingredients: Epsom salt, Himalayan salt, essential oil, and an herbal blend.
