If you've been personally victimized by Mercury Retrograde this season, just want to congratulate you for making it through! This past 6 weeks or so of Astrology definitely has had its challenges. We kick the month off with Mercury going direct in the sign of Taurus. The bad news is that Saturn is squaring Mercury.
Saturn can represent restriction and Mercury rules our thoughts, communication, short-distant travel, etc. Saturn in this aspect to Mercury can cause some negative thinking and challenges. Remember this is temporary and up your mediation game to upgrade your thinking.
We end one planet retrograde and start a new one. Saturn will retrograde on June 4th in Aquarius until October. We are practicing setting boundaries in our social realms to honor our authenticity.
I love June 7th because the moon in Virgo is trining Venus and Uranus in Taurus. This energy smells like money! This can be a great day to have epiphanies in financial matters. Uranus can breathe new life existing business deals.
June 10th Mercury in Taurus is making a trine to Pluto in Capricorn. This is our opportunity to transform our thoughts. Transform our minds and how we communicate.
Venus conjunct Uranus on June 11th is also a good energy for meeting someone new if you're single. June is a great month for love. Mercury enters Gemini again on June 13th. Once again, our focus is communicating our desires and mastering our thoughts.
The Full Moon this month is on June 14th. This Full Moon is at 23 degrees Sagittarius. A Full Moon is when the Sun exactly opposes the Moon. Sun is in Gemini and the Moon is in Sagittarius. What makes this Full Moon interesting is it is squaring Neptune in Pisces.
Neptune can represent delusion in harsh aspects. Since Sagittarius represents our belief systems and Gemini rules our thoughts. I would be careful not to make any huge life changes decisions around this Full Moon.
I know we're all eager to push things forward since Eclipse Season has finally completed and Mercury is direct - however, Neptune can make things a little foggy. The Sun will trine Saturn on June 16th which I'm hoping grounds this energy.
Sun trine Saturn favors long-term projects. At the same time the Sun is squaring Neptune. The key to navigating this energy is to use your intuition. That's the most important part of a Mercury Retrograde or any harsh Neptune aspects.
This puts us in our subconscious so logic tends to miss a few things depending on how this is impacting your chart. Tapping into your gut and valuing your intuition is going to help you make decisions during this time.
Venus will square Saturn June 18th which may present itself as a disappointment in a love or financial endeavor. Saturn causes restrictions and Venus rules beauty, love, and money. This aspect can feel lonely and even isolating, but don't worry it will pass. If obstacles come up use this opportunity to work toward a long-term solution.
In the romance department I feel like the Venus/Saturn square will be muted because the very next day on June 19th Venus makes a sextile to Neptune. This is so romantic and dreamy. If Saturday feels off, Sunday will definitely redeem itself.
June 20th, Mercury makes a sextile to Jupiter in Aries. Mercury in Gemini is all about communication and Jupiter is good luck. Perhaps some fantastic news might come our way.
On June 21st we have the Summer Solstice. The Sun enters Cancer and this is the longest day of the year. Why do you think everyone links up over the summer? Gemini season is great for putting yourself out there and meeting new people. Cancer season is great for snuggling up at home with someone that makes you feel safe.
Venus in Taurus will also trine Pluto in Capricorn. How we view our relationships and finances are evolving and transforming. You could meet someone very important in either of these areas of your life around this time.
June 22nd Venus will hop into Gemini. You'll notice when planets go into air signs things tend to speed up a little bit. Venus in Gemini is fun and social. Dating can be exciting but things can end quickly if things get boring. Gemini needs constant stimulation.
One of my favorite days of the month on June 27th Mars in Aries makes a sextile to Saturn in Aquarius. This is a great day to get shit done. Saturn represents long-term steps and Mars is action. Great day to plan for your future.
This month the New Moon is on June 28th at 7 degrees Cancer. New Moons are about new beginnings and bring in fresh energy. Cancer rules the 4th house of home. This New Moon is square to Jupiter in Aries.
The thing about Jupiter is that its literally the best planet ever... except my ruling planet (Venus) lol jk but seriously, Jupiter kicks ass. So even when something is making what astrologers would call a "challenging" aspect its still pretty fuckin good.
End of June looks really beautiful, only thing to watch out for is being over confident as the Sun is also square to Jupiter in Aries. A new Moon is when the Sun and Moon are in the same sign at the same degree (known as conjunct).
Venus in Gemini is making a gorgeous aspect to Jupiter as well on the day of this New Moon in Cancer. Lots of loving energy this month.
