This recipe was a long time in the making! I am personally an Empath and very Celestial so I struggled with learning how to ground myself and my energy for most of my life.

Grounding means to connect your energy to the Earth and anchor yourself. When you are sensitive to energy and very scattered you can start to feel the effects of not being grounded -

  • Overly emotional or unable to control your emotions
  • Easily irritated or just generally irritable
  • Overwhelmed and unable to focus
  • Feeling foggy and scattered
  • Stressed and filled with anxiety
  • Always worrying about the future especially finances and your stability

This ritual oil connects to a very deep Earth energy. It has a very masculine safe vibration. The scent is also very masculine it’s Honeysuckle and Chamomile.

You can use this oil in a grounding meditation 🧘🏼‍♀️ or apply it on your feet or lower back (root chakra) while grounding yourself each day. This can also be used in a ritual bath or a few drops on some grounding crystals you carry with you!
